TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS​

By downloading, installing, or using the "Rusty Miles" game (hereinafter referred to as the "game") , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the game and delete it from your device.

2. ELIGIBILITY​

Access to the game is restricted based on local system flags. Access is denied if:

  • The user is identified as underage via localPlayer.isUnderage.
  • The account has multiplayer restrictions via localPlayer.isMultiplayerGamingRestricted.

3. LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS​

The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for entertainment purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Modifying, reverse engineering, or decompiling the game code.
  • Exploiting bugs or using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage (cheating).
  • Disrupting the database or services associated with the game.

4. USER ACCOUNTS AND DATA​

The game utilizes Apple Game Center for authentication.

  • You are responsible for the security of your Game Center account.
  • The developer reserves the right to store all gameplay activity in a central database and use this data for any purpose related to the operation and analysis of the game.
  • The developer may suspend or terminate your access to the game at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY​

  • Game Assets: Assets within the game are sourced from the public domain, are free to share, or are AI-generated. All rights to such assets belong to their respective owners.
  • Developer Ownership: The specific implementation of game logic, the "Rusty Miles" name, and the underlying software architecture are the property of the developer.
  • Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback provided to the developer may be used without compensation or obligation to the user.

6. NO PURCHASES OR REFUNDS​

Currently, the game does not offer in-app purchases or virtual currency for sale. Consequently, no financial transactions are processed, and no refund policies are in effect.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY​

  • "As Is" Basis: The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Liability: To the extent not prohibited by law, the developer (VOLODYMYR BARCHUK) shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the game, including but not limited to data loss or device malfunction.
