This Privacy Policy governs the "Rusty Miles" (hereinafter referred to as the "game") and outlines the collection, storage, and usage of information by the developer, VOLODYMYR BARCHUK. By using the game, you agree to the practices described herein.

2. DATA COLLECTION AND STORAGE​

The game utilizes Apple Game Center for player authentication and profile management.

  • Game Center Data: The game retrieves and stores information from your Game Center account to identify you within the service.
  • Gameplay Activity: All game-related activity is recorded and stored in a central database. Developers reserve the right to use this gameplay data in any manner deemed necessary for the operation, analysis, and improvement of the service.
  • Retention: Data for inactive accounts is stored indefinitely. There is no automatic retention or expiration period for dormant accounts.

3. DATA DELETION AND ANONYMIZATION​

Users may request the removal of their personal data at any time.

  • Procedure: Navigate to Menu -> Info -> Delete Account.
  • Effect: Account deletion is immediate. All personal identifiers are removed from the database.
  • Exceptions: Racing history involving other players will remain in the database to maintain the integrity of multiplayer records. In such cases, all "data crumbs" and records associated with the deleted player will be fully anonymized.

4. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES​

The game uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements.

  • Google AdMob: By using the game, you automatically confirm and agree to all terms and policies provided by Google regarding ad delivery and data usage.
  • IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers): The app may request access to your unique device identifier (IDFA) to provide relatable advertising. This is optional. Users can enable or disable this tracking via their device’s system settings.
  • Data Sharing: Data is shared with ad networks specifically for advertising purposes.

5. ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS​

Access to the game is restricted based on the following conditions:

  • Underage Players: Access is denied if localPlayer.isUnderage is flagged as true.
  • Multiplayer Restrictions: Access is denied for accounts where localPlayer.isMultiplayerGamingRestricted is active.
